Lamb Roast
Ingredients
1.5kg leg of Lamb
Olive Oil
Honey
Wholegrain Mustard
Fresh springs of Rosemary
Method
1. Make small cuts in the meat using a sharp knife and then rub the meat with the olive oil
2. Mix together the wholegrain mustard and honey and rub over the Lamb, pressing into the small cuts you made.
Also insert the sprigs of Rosemary into the cuts.
3. Bake in your Weber BBQ at 180 degrees for around 1.5 hours, for medium-rare meat. Longer if you prefer it
well done. Once cooked, cover meat in foil and rest for 15 minutes before carving.
