All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian dollars and are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time without notice and are subject to availability. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Your Card is not transferable.
Your Card must be presented at point of purchase to receive your entitlement.
Your Card remains the property of Go Camping.

Go Camping may lock, suspend or delete your account or access to the website at any time without prior notice to you.
Go Camping can cease providing the website or any other product or service that may be available through the website at any time.

Termination

Go Camping may terminate this agreement for convenience at any time on notice to you.
Go Camping may immediately suspend, terminate or limit your access to and use of the website and (where relevant) your account if you breach these terms and conditions.
Go Camping may stop making the website (or any part of it) available without prior notice.
Go Camping is not liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or expense you may suffer if it exercises any of these rights.

Governing law

This website may be accessible in Australia and throughout the world. We make no representation that the content of this website complies with the laws outside Australia and your access of this website outside Australia is strictly at your own risk.

You indemnify Go Camping, related entities, officers and employees against any and all loss, damage, demand, cost or expense claimed by a third party as a result of or in connection with your use of or conduct on the website.

Competition Terms & Conditions

These standard rules apply to all Go Camping (The Company) contests. They may be amended or varied from time to time by the Company. Special rules may apply to particular contests, in which case an addendum to these rules will be made for that contest. Please enquire at Go Camping for any special rules.

All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be collected from Go Camping within 90 DAYS of winning. The company will make every attempt to contact winners to ensure collection of their prize within the 90 day period. Prizes not collected within the period will be treated as forfeited, and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Qld Office of Gaming Regulation.
All prizes must be claimed in person, unless otherwise determined by the Company. PROPER IDENTIFICATION is required (photographic ID such as valid driver’s license, passport, student identification, including photograph).
A person is ineligible to enter and/or win a contest if:
- They are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Go Camping or their advertising agencies or a sponsor of or associated with the contest.
- They have previously won a prize/prizes individually or collectively from Go Camping as part of the same contest in the last 30 days.
- They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in order to qualify to win prizes from Go Camping.
All contestants acknowledge that Go Camping can rely on Rule 3 even if the Company only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Company has appeared to award the prize to the ineligible person. Return of the prize or payment of its value Go Camping can be required by the company if this occurs.
All prizes are used/taken entirely at the risk of the winner in all things; and Go Camping excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
Go Camping, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Go Camping.
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed in cash.
In relation to participation in any activity:
- Go Camping and its employees and agents will be fully released from and indemnified by a participant in respect of any claims for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life in connection with participation in any contest or activity.
- The participant may, at the option of the station, be required to sign a form of indemnity required by Go Camping as a pre-condition of participation; and
- If a participant is under the age of 18, their parent/guardian will need to sign an indemnity and consent to the participation in the event/contest.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the company may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Go Camping may publicize, or otherwise disclose a winner’s name in advertising or promotion concerning winning of the contest.
Go Camping may incorporate information from entrants in any contest(s) in any database for use for the purpose of its business.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any failure by Go Camping to enforce any of these rules in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim by any other person.
